    In the last 33 years, ACI has completed more than 1,000 successful projects.   We have a broad area of expertise, including Commercial/Office, Higher Education, K-12 Educational, Healthcare, Central Plants,  Federal and Local Government, Historical, Performing Arts, Retail and many other project types. No project is too big or too small.    ACI  has worked  on projects with construction budgets as low as $100,000 and as high as $70,000,000.

    This LEED-certified building includes more than 240,000 square feet of space, including dining, retail, computer labs, theatre and living space for students.

     

     
    The MEP systems in this building include the latest technology available resulting in a dramatic reduction in energy consumption.   Among these features are chilled beams for heating and cooling, and extensive use of LED and high-
    efficiency T5 lighting throughout the building.   Construction will be complete in summer, 2013.

    New Yukon High School

    Completed in 2011, Yukon's new $70 Million, 350,000 Square Feet High School has capacity for 2,500 students.

    New I.T. Building and Physical Plant, Moore Norman Technology Center

    The LEED-certified I.T.  building  houses Instructional space, Audio/Video Production training Facilities, office space and I.T. training space.
     
    The MEP systems in this building and the Physical Plant include systems such as frictionless magnetic bearing chillers and a Campus-Wide building automation system which result in  a substantial reduction in energy use for the campus.

    New Mustang High School

    This approximately $30 million project included the renovation of all five existing high school buildings as well as the construction of approximately 152,000 Square Feet of new classrooms, Library/Media Center and Student Commons areas.
